The pin colors represent different statuses of listing in the app. You can tap in the info icon along the bottom right corner of the map view to access the legend anytime.
Green– New, Active, Open House
Orange– Pending
Yellow– Contigent
Red– Sold, Closed, Rented, Comp Sold
Black– Temp Not Available for Showing, Cancelled, Expired
White or Translucent– Recently Viewed
